Denny Jiosa Jazz, Italian Wine and Dinner pairing

Join us on Sun, Jan 10th for the do over with Denny Jiosa as our special guest host!

Denny will guide you through an Italian food and wine journey you are sure to remember. You may know Denny as a renowned smooth Jazz guitarist, but what you may not know is he has a direct connection and personal friendship with many of the wine makers in Italy that have passed on their knowledge of wine directly to him.

It will be a night of great food, great wine, and great music. One for the books. Salute!

Primo corso: Prosecco D.O.C "071", Extra Dry Sacchetto paired with cured meats, Asiago, and marinated olives

Secondo corso: Bardolino D.O.C, "Porderi Del Roccolo" Recchia paired with a gorgonzola, pear, and walnut salad

Terzo Corso: Offida Rosso D.O.C.G. "Quinta Regio" paired with Pasta and Meatballs

DESERTO: Recchia Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG paired with dark chocolate Tiramisu ( ?)
